Lets speak your computer just using of notepad (only on windows)

Open notepad and write :


Dim speaks, speech
speaks="Welcome to your PC, Username"
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

and save in .vbs like name.vbs .
now open it , and see how your computer speak .
